3️⃣ Voice Clip(s) in MP3 Format
Prepare your message in MP3, in your own or local language.
Send it to us for approval — after approval, it will be uploaded to your account.

4️⃣ Customer Mobile Numbers
You need the mobile numbers of your customers or audience.
You can upload them through Excel, CSV, or direct copy-paste while creating a campaign

Share your details — Name, Business Name, Mobile, Email.
We create your account and provide login credentials.

2️⃣ Choose a Plan & Recharge
Select Plan A / B / C and make payment.

Can we recharge our Bulk Voice Account without GST?

What is Validity?

Validity is the time limit within which you must use your Bulk Voice Balance after recharging.
Example:

• 5 days plan → use balance within 5 days

• 1 year plan → use balance within 1 year

If you do not use the balance before the validity ends, the remaining balance will expire, the voice amount will be removed from your account, and you will not be able to send campaigns using that balance.

Can we carry forward our unused Voice Balance?

Yes. If you recharge before your current validity expires, your unused balance will be carried forward and added to your new recharge balance, based on your selected plan.

Will you refund Voice Balance for unanswered, busy, or failed calls?

Yes. After your campaign is completed, the system automatically refunds the credits for all failed calls (unanswered, busy, or network errors). Refunds are processed within 1 hour after completing your campaign, and your Voice Balance will increase automatically.

How many calls can I send in a single campaign?

You can send calls to thousands of numbers at once. There’s no strict limit, but your voice balance and plan will determine how many calls can be made in a campaign. If you dont have suffiicient balance in your bulk voice account, campaign will not be processed.

Can I schedule my campaigns?

Yes. You can schedule campaigns to be sent at a specific date and time from your dashboard.

How to send a voice clip for approval?

Visit www.voicebroadcasting.in and go to the Request for Voice Clip Approval page.
Fill out the form and upload your voice clip in MP3 format.
After review, we will upload it to your Bulk Voice account, and you can use it for campaigns.

My Voice Clip is not in MP3 format. How can I convert it?

You can use online tools to convert your audio to MP3.

Upload your file, select MP3 as output, and download the converted file for submission

My voice is not good / We are busy. Can you prepare a voice clip?

Option 1 – Use Text-to-Speech (TTS) Services:
You can use online TTS websites to convert your text into a voice clip in your preferred language.

Most of these services are free and easy to use.

Option 2 – We can create the clip for you:
Send your text content to our WhatsApp number or via the form on our website, and we will prepare the voice clip for you.
